Aluana learned how to do something on our Yellowstone Trip. She learned how to twist herself almost completely out of her seatbelt. She turns just enough to get her legs out of the seatbelt and is only being constrained by the chest buckle. As you might think this isn't very safe; she could choke herself to death! So as soon as we got home we had to switch out the carrier carseat she was in to a convertible carseat that is usually not used until the kids were a little bit older. Don't worry; she is still back facing. The only difference is that she is now in a 5 point harness and won't be able to twist out of it. Every kid is just a little bit different and they each manage to surprise me in some way.
