Do you see this little hooligan!? Looking at her you might not realize that deep inside beats the heart of a little hooligan. You might even think that she is a sweet little angel. You might not think that this little girl has been driving me crazy! Hear me out. Just let me give you an example of a day in the life of my sweet little Natalia.
7:15 Wake up - happily wake up everyone else in your quest to see if they are awake.
7:30 Get dressed – throw half of the clothes in your drawer on the floor.
Try to get Alauna dressed too. This involves chasing her around the house while you try to take off her pajamas and diaper.
8:00 Eat breakfast. Get milk all up and down your front and have to change shirt
8:30 Time to take the boys to school. But first you need a bag of cereal to take with you. So you spill cereal all over the kitchen
9:00 Time for mommy to clean up your breakfast mess.
You head for the boys room. Didn’t they have a crystal growing solution on the shelf? How did that taste? Yucky, right! Is that why you spilled it all over the shelf and your clothes.
9:30 Mommy calls poison control, you drink lots and lots of water and take a long bath.
10:00 You are in time out in your room until it’s time to go get Sean. You sneak out and get an open can of peaches from the fridge. You take it back to your room and proceed to share them with your sister. You also smear peach juice in her hair and around your room. Maybe your thought you were cleaning with it?
11:30 Pick up Sean. Alauna’s hair is sticking up from all the peach juice in it
12:00 Eat lunch. You want chocolate milk. So you make it yourself. And spill milk and chocolate syrup all over the floor.
And it goes on and on......
Okay, that’s enough for now! Suffice it to say that by the time the morning is gone I’m exhausted and Natalia is not looking very angelic to me.
