Ward Campout

While camping with an 8 month old is not that high on my list of fun things to do, the boys really love the whole camping experience. So we packed up and went to Camp Zarahemla for the ward campout. It ended up that Alauna was not the one waking up all night; it was Natalia. Not that it was that surprising for Natalia to wake up a bunch but I had high hopes that she would be so tired that she would stay asleep.

The best part about Camp Z is the stream (very small river?) that runs through it. And the best part of the stream is the rope swing. The kids spent all of Saturday morning taking turns swinging on it. By the end of the morning they got braver and were jumping off the rope into the stream. Where they landed in water up to their knees. When it wasn’t their turn they would throw rocks into the water.

It is a little bit hard to tell the boys apart in these pictures since they are both wearing navy blue shirts. Brandon is in the first 2 and the third is Sean. And of course the last pictures are of Natalia.

These two boys are such cute partners in crime - they do so much together!
